What we'll cover in your taster
Tell me your goal
A warm chat about why you want to learn français, what your situation is, and any past experience. There are no wrong answers here.
A short language assessment
If you have any français already, I'll get a quick sense of where you are. If you're a complete beginner, no assessment needed. Just a gentle chat about where you'd like to get to.
Your personalised plan
Before we finish I'll sketch out a rough plan: how we'd structure lessons, how many you'd likely want, and what to expect in the first month. Something to take away and think about.
What happens after you message
I reply within a day
Often within hours if I'm at the desk. Weekends and evenings I sometimes take a little longer, but you'll always hear back.
We find a time
We'll work through my diary and your availability together. Taster sessions can be evenings, weekdays, or weekends.
Confirmation and a first prep note
I'll send a calendar link and a short note with any prep you want to do. Usually: just show up with coffee.
Your taster is genuinely free. If we decide we're not a fit, no hard feelings and no chasing emails. I'd rather you find the right teacher than commit to the wrong one.
